That 2+ miles that I ran yesterday left my legs this morning beyond tired. By 9 I was no longer hustling and my lower back was screaming in pain.

Innis woods

Entered innis from the back, 23 mins for a little over 2 miles.  Used endomondo app for the first time, wonder if the paid one is worth it.  My tracks was a little too plain.
Wrote an NFC tag, an outdoor one and secured it inside one key pocket. Just have to all always have the gloves.

Need to find a better jacket/water system.

First run

Took the family out for our first jog.  Chose Blendon Woods park since we knew they had nice paths from geocaching earlier this year.

In the 40s, but nice and sunny.  Found the path I needed to take blocked by wild turkeys, ironic since its November.  They cleared the path as I closed in on them.  Pic attached.
